The Chrysler 300 is a decent large car. It offers plenty of space to stretch out in its nicely appointed cabin and it features one of the best infotainment systems on the market. The 300’s strong engines, refined interior, and lengthy list of standard features make it a solid choice in the segment.
The 300 has seating for five people, and its wide seats provide plenty of room for adults. Rear visibility is hindered by thick roof pillars. An eight-way power-adjustable driver's seat and cloth upholstery are standard. Available amenities include an eight-way power-adjustable passenger seat, Nappa leather upholstery, heated front and rear seats, a power-adjustable steering wheel, and ventilated front seats. There are three full sets of LATCH connections for the 300's rear seats. The upper tethers are easy to locate, but the lower anchors are set too deeply in the seats. With 16.3 cubic feet of space, the Chrysler 300's trunk is on par with those of other large cars. It comes standard with 60/40 split-folding rear seats, which makes it easier to stow large items.
The 300 has a decent ride quality and capable handling but it can feel overwhelmed when taking sharp corners quickly. It has a firm suspension and larger wheels, so ride quality worsens. It delivers 19 mpg in the city and 30 mpg on the highway with its base engine and rear-wheel drive. That's decent for a large car. With all-wheel drive, fuel economy drops to 18 mpg in the city and 27 mpg on the highway. Its equipped with the V8 engine gets 16/25 mpg city/highway.
